Pricing

Every effort is made to ensure all pricing and product descriptions are accurately listed. Equals Jewellery reserves the right to correct any errors. Due to market factors and the resulting impact on the price of precious metals, product prices may vary slightly. Prices may also vary between same designs due to the size, quality and luster of the pearls used on individual pieces. Quotes will be provided for all custom creations.

Fraudulent Orders

In the event we have reasonable grounds to believe an order is fraudulent, Equals Jewellery reserves the right to place a hold or cancel your order. Further proof of identity may be required before your order is processed. Every attempt will be made to contact you, however in the event Equals Jewellery is unable to reach you or you are unable to provide sufficient additional information, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

Repairs

We understand accidents happen, so if you have damaged a piece and wish to have it repaired, please contact hello@equalsjewellery.com and we will provide you with a quote.
