Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds/exchanges on your purchase due to health and hygiene reasons. Items may be returned via registered post for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Please ensure items are securely packaged using padded packaging and and that a trackable shipping service is used.

Please note that orders that have already been handcrafted or shipped will not be cancelled.
