Shipping policy

Items that are in stock will be shipped within one business day after being ordered. As many of our pieces are made to order, production times may vary depending on the nature of the piece. If a made to order or custom order is placed, we will be in contact to advise of the expected production time.

Please ensure the shipping details provided on checkout are accurate as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Both domestic and international orders are shipped via express registered post with Australia Post. 

Collective members receive free domestic shipping.

International shipping may cost up to AUD$50 depending on the location the item is being shipped to.  International shipping is calculated at check out.

For international orders, all duties including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Any delays with shipping are out of Equals Jewellery control, however we will follow up with Australia Post should excessive delays occur.
